Pumpkin Soup

Class 2CJ made some lovely pumpkin soup last week.

In Yr1 they planted some pumpkin seeds and last week the pumpkin was ready for eating!

They had great fun preparing, chopping and cooking the pumpkin. After all the hard work, they all got to eat it with bread and pumpkin seeds! Yum!

What a great way to celebrate Halloween or Thanksgiving.
Perhaps you could even put it on your Christmas menu, so lovely and warming.
